Hi, I have been trying to port my fongo number out to public mobile since Saturday with no success and no answer from your part please help me fix the situation I have opened tickets asking for help but no one replied.

Hi there,

When you want to port out from a provider to another provider, you need to contact the new provider.

I suggest to open a ticket with them and have this escalated.
