I've been using Fongo for several months. For the last couple of weeks I've been unable to use it because I get the message "you do not have an active Fongo connection" ever time I try to dial. When the app is launched the icon is green, which of course suggests that I am connected, but once I dial it beeps and the icon turns red.
I was able to receive and listen to a voice message the other day so the call might have come through had my device been switch on (Samsung Galaxy).
My WIFI equipment has recently been changed out - could that be the reason. I haven't tried the app on any other WIFI connections.
Any ideas?

I have this same problem and posted under the "cannot make calls post as well. My phone does not have a working SIM at the moment but has wifi and I have made several calls earlier today, yet now The status links shows potential problems? I think it would be nice if someone from Fongo could address these issues if at all possible as I have paid for full fongo use and a year of texting, which I am currently unable to use.
