Well here would be some possible solutions I could recommend to you:

1-Make a test connection (Menu-Test connection) this will let you know what ports should be opened
2-Open ports 13000-13001,6060-6061 in the UDP
3-Make sure any firewall you have (Windows/Anti virus) allows the Softphone in the exception
4-Latest Java installed in the computer.

I hope doing these your problem should be fixed :D

I just finished what recommend to me but still not working. But if I called somebody, softphone is working perfect!

1-Make a test connection (Menu-Test connection) this will let you know what ports should be opened
Status:Ready
Results: Call service is OK
Sound Date Transfer: Unable to send/receive sound data! Port 13000 should be available.
Possible Reasons: NONE

2-Open ports 13000-13001,6060-6061 in the UDP
What is mean UDP?

3-Make sure any firewall you have (Windows/Anti virus) allows the Softphone in the exception
Always allowed Freephoneline.

4-Latest Java installed in the computer.
Java installed (Version 6 Update 20).

UDP is User Diagram Protocol, it is just how the ports are defined in your router, like port 'class'.

You would forward those the IP address of the device you're using to make the call.

User Datagram Protocol (UDP)
A TCP complement that offers a connectionless datagram service that guarantees neither delivery nor correct sequencing of delivered packets (much like IP).

That is the right place to put the numbers where it says start enter 5060 and end 5061, where you have 13000-13001 you could replace it for 10000-20000 and give it a try :D

Just a note here,
I briefly experienced this problem this morning... around 10h30 A.M. EDT

Outgoing calls were OK...
Incoming calls were one-way audio:
I could not hear the caller but the caller could hear me
(when calls were initiated from a land-line or from a cellphone).
...
By 11h00 A.M. EDT, all calls were bi-directional again (problem self-corrected???).
Caller and Callee can both hear each-other now....
(no known changes on linphone...sipphone/softphone being used
nor on the network router...)
