How to disable FPL voicemail?

How to disable FPL voicemail?

I have my own answering machine built-in my phone, which is supposed to start after 4 rings, while the FPL's voicemail start at 5 rings. (couldn't find a way to disable it on my account)
But for some reason, sometimes people are telling me that they can't leave a message on my machine, which I'm guessing is due to a config in my ATA (SPA2102) and it interfering with the FPL voicemail. (As it worked fine before I switched to FPL)

What would I need to do to disable the FPL voicemail to make sure it's not interfering with my own answering machine? I'm guessing it's one of the supplementary service, but which one?
