Is it possible to have the outgoing caller ID the same for both lines, even though each one has their own phone number? I'd like to call out on either line and only show my main number?

No. The outgoing caller ID will always be the phone number associated with the account. Fongo/FPL does not allow us to spoof other numbers even if we also have the number with them. Since it is one account to one device, what you are wanting is not possible.
