Audio conflict with Samsung note 3

Hi,
I recently bought Samsung Note 3 (SM-N900W8). installed Fongo App Ver. 3.4.2.6.
Problem : After Completed received calls or Dial Calls Audio Stop working on Note 3. Cannot hear regular phone calls, no sound in music. I have to reboot Note 3 to make it working again. is this know issue with the version of App. I am using Fongo App for long time for my majority of calls.

Android Ver : 4.4.2

Hi Support,
I tried above setting but it did not helped, so i was waiting for update to have fix of this issue.
Today i update app to new update ver. 3.4.5.12 and having same issue, though i says it fix audio problem for Samsung.

I am in very odd position, Having number ported from bell to Fongo and unable to make and receive call from April, so its been almost two months i am waiting for fix.

There are beep sounds when hitting 1,2,3,4,5,6 but no beep when hitting 7,8,9 on my Samsung Gio running Gingerbread. Why?
I uninstalled and reinstalled with latest version of Fongo but problem persists.
No problem with Samsung Discover running ICS.
