spa2102 no name display

i am using spa 2102 software 5.2.10
problems
when calling out it doesn't display name, only number.
while on call phone goes on pause no voice both ends.
need help please.

Only number is guarenteed, name display is often lost on SIP to PSTN calls

Pauses might be something from router QoS - tried the SPA directly on your modem before the router?
