RTP300 HELP!

I've been using FPL for about a month now using a Linksys RTP300 ATA. My wife's getting frustrated because we have to reboot the ATA 3-4 times a day, probably more if we were to get more frequent phone calls. We have to reboot because we get 1 way audio, if I call from my cell I can hear everything, but my wife can't hear me at all. Any suggestions or hints? Thx.

According to the post below, you have a Obi device:

Did you sell the Obi and purchased an RTP300?

Or is this a different account.?

My suggestion is to check your RTP300 setup and ensure it is configured as per below:

I have a feeling that your Registration expiry is set wrong (and maybe other things)

I was contemplating the OBI but ended up going with the RTP300 instead. Kind of regret it with all the issues I'm having. I have a support ticket open but everything i've tried so far isn't working and it's really frustrating.
Was just hoping someone else might shine a light on my issues. I was having a double NAT issue but that has since been resolved.
Here's my current setup
Cable Modem -> RPT300 ATA -> 3x Routers -> Computer

Thx for any suggestions thus far, I have the ATA setup exactly as shown in the user forums.

Re->I have a support ticket open but everything i've tried so far isn't working and it's really frustrating.

I would suggest to reply back to the ticket indicating that person assisting you is ignoring your emails and not able to resolve and ask for your request to be escalated to supervisor.

However, if the team did reply to you and you ignored their emails, please try to reply back with your findings and provide additional details.
