Hi,
I would like to know steps to follow once necessary fees have been paid. For example, I paid fees for keeping my existing number as well as fee for new connection. The freephoneline informed me it might take 14 days to transfer the number.
Is it within 14 days or on 14th/15th day my number will get transfer to freephoneline? As once it gets transferred I will lose connection to my existing VOIP service provider.
I got an email from support and now I can see SIP setting under my account. But I have not received any information about how to proceed or what to be done next? My phone is still active with existing service provider.
When to start configuring phone/ATA for freephoneline service?
Can anyone please let me know the steps and what to do next?
Thanks.
