REQ: ilbc, speex, gsm codec support please

I would like to request other low bandwidth codecs support like ilbc and gsm, please.

gsm is supported, I've watched several of my calls connect over gsm, though most negotiate u-law.

My VoIP clients are capable of speex, but I've never seen speex used, even though it's in my list of options on phone.
