Softphone problem: can't make outgoing call.

I use FPL Softphone in my lattop. It can receive a incoming call but it can't make outgoing call. I don't know why.
my lattop is behind D-Link DIR 601 router. I have set up port forwarding (5060-5061) for incoming call.
Who can help me out?

firewall(s) on your laptop has port UDP 5060-5061 open? what port is softphone using?

you could try uninstall, reboot and reinstall

Okay, can you make sure that your DTMF Tx method under the Other option in the Settings window is set to InBand, and you've forwarded UDP ports 5060 - 6061, and 13,000 - 13,001 to the IP address of your PC.

Thank you so much for your reply. I have open all port you mentioned and even closed firewall. I tried as you said but it doesn't work. by the way, softphone is using 1152 and 1154.

I heard nothing:) But if I try to call in at that moment, it's busy. It seems it continues calling and I need to end it by manual but it didn't have any dialing sounds.

Yes, it's very weird.

Probably it's a network problem but it's no problem with Vbuzzer even using SipATA.

Why FPL didn't use the similar technology like Vbuzzer and needn't open so many UDP ports.

have you tried doing it wired? might be a router thing.. OOooo connect your internet to your laptop and forget about the router for the mean time. See if that does it...

If you did the Test Connection thing
