Thanks for answering this. I understand that if I'm near a decent wi-fi connection I can call back to Canada while in the US or overseas.
My questions regard being called while I'm in the US or overseas.
As my Fongo number is Canadian someone calling from Canada shouldn't incur long distance charges or would that depend on their carrier?
And when someone calls me in the US or overseas and I'm not at that moment in a wi-fi zone (phone will be in Airplane mode with wi-fi turned on) will their call go to voicemail or will it be dropped?
Appreciate the help!

Where you are will make no difference to any charges the calling party may incur. If you number is local to them, it will not suddenly become long distance because you are not where you normally are.
The calls should go through to voicemail - but this is easily tested by you now. Just turn your phone off and call the number.
