Configured my ATA when calling can not here dialing or answer at other end although they can hear me.
Cell phone calling my # see it as long distance call.

Yes too a tee, also tried config router to send HT502 directly to internet and that did,t change anything.

Yes I followed the config guide. Does anybody want to buy a new GRANDSTREAM HT502, $75.00

Some people have had quite a few problems with xplornet in the past, but that has been mainly with their wifi service. It could be that they are (still?) interfering with VOIP connections.

For the comment about long distance call when calling your number, what is the first 6 numbers of your FPL number and your cell number. It could be that they are not on the same exchange and so are long distance.

Thanks Jake....since posting....I have had Fongo Tech support and everything is good.
I got in touch with Rogers and they are looking at there end for the Cell Phone problem.
