no incoming ringtone for ipad air

I installed fongo on my IPAD air device with ios 8, this device used wifi from router dlink. outbound call is normal, but no incoming ringtone, the incoming number showed on the screen, but no ringtone alerted me. After a while, the voice mail can record the incoming call message, what is the reason?
