Hi,
I bought a FonGo SIP account about three years ago, it was blocked after I started to use for a few months. The customer support told me that there was an error on my account and asked for the proof of my payment. I couldn't find the proof at that time. I just spent $56 to buy a new SIP account today, and it told me it is still blocked when I tried to use it. I wonder what may be the cause of the error? My FonGo number is 778xxxxxxx and I have the proof of the payment this time. Would you check it for me?
