Hi everyone. I've noticed these past few days that the MWI light on our phone has been on and steady even after checking the messages and deleting them. I've experienced this in the past but usually after a few minutes or hours it clears itself up. However this week I also noticed that on top of this, I haven't received a single voice mail attachment to my email.
I just tried resetting the connection but nothing has changed.
Appreciate any assistance as it's been pretty rock solid for my for the past while.

Hi, my problem is not so much that the MWI is still on...I can live with that for a bit. The issue is that I have not been receiving emails with my voicemails attached.
