Hi,

I'm unable to call or receive calls from other than another Freephoneline line.

I asked to ported and bought the SIP Key since last week. Your support said it's completed, but I cannot use since Friday.
Could you please support.

PAP2-NA (not bought from you, You may not support but I don't think this is setting issues)
Always works 514.447.96xx
New having issue 514.738.55xx (ported last week)

I switched the 2 IDs on both lines, 514.447.96xx works on both lines which prove my settings are ok.
