Whenever I try to dial a number i get a message saying "That password is not valid". Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Double check the password. Copy the password from your online admin page into notepad. A few letters look the same in the font they use (1lI 0Oo for example). Pasting them into notepad should make it clearer what the characters are.

On your ATA config, under Voice->Line1 in the password field. (see attached document)

No, that will be your SIP password from your Voip unlock key credentials.
Once you loggin into your account, please click on Settings->SIP settings and you will see the sip pwd.
