Text Messaging Service Not Working

Paying for the text messaging service and still have 145 days left.

Realized today that my text messages are not beign received. Phone shows that the text message has been sent. Have tried restarting the phone - no change.

Tried to text another mobile user next to me - they did not receive the test message.
Had them send me a text message - my phone did not recevie the message.

Regular text messaging service from my phone account works - any suggestions so I can use a service that I'm paying for?

Phone hardware? OS version?

Try deleting the app from your phone and reinstalling it.

Same here, I bought the option for texting but it doesn`t work
I even tried it on 2 different phones (galaxy S2X and Galaxy Note 3)
Despite voice works well with rogers, koodo or over wifi.

At first the incoming sms were convert into voicemail !?
and about outgoing sms never someone received one of them

Then I wrote to the support and they did change something
I receive anything and nobody receive mine.

The only txt I have received are the one from fongo support!?

PS: I bought the options 2 weeks ago, so it`s not about a delay

Support team answer fast, at first they did something that didn`t work
I suggest the issue was due to my line (mistaken for landline)
so we choose to get a new number and it works well now ;)

I have same problem with App Ver3.6.0.3 on Samsung Note 3. I am unable to receive any text message. whenever someone send me message. I received call that i have text message and it read text message for me. like someone sends text message to land line.

Probably your number did not port properly.
