Not receiving incoming calls

I just purchase my sip configuration file. I am using Linksys PAP2T ATA adapter. Line 1 I am using for Acanac. After set up FreePhoneLine in Line 2, I am able to call outside from line 2, but I am not receiving any call from outside to my Line 2. It Says “cellphone number you call it is not assign, please check the number and try call again. Can anyone help me to resolve this issue? Thanks in advance.

You will have to send in a support ticket on this one. It sounds like your account might not have been set up right when you purchased the unlock key.
