Changing Outgoing Caller ID Name Display

Hi all, I recently set up my FPL service after purchasing the config file on an Obi200. Outgoing and incoming calls are fine, and the caller ID/name of incoming callers displays okay on my phone connected to the Obi200. The problem I am having is with my outgoing Name Display. It does not display my name, but instead displays "Freephonline" as the caller name. I have set my name in the CallerIDName field in the ATA, but it does not seem to be working.

The outgoing Caller ID Number shows up fine, but I would like the my name to be displayed rather than "Freephoneline". I've tried just about every setting in the ATA, and I'm now wondering if this is something that needs to be changed on Fongo's end. Any thoughts or solutions would be much appreciated!
