When I try to port my TN from bell I get this Message
Error: inserting svc_ (transaction rolled back): duplicate phone number 1 905453XXXX: conflicts with svcnum 2143765 via exportnum SELF
Account Number: (647) 846-XXXX I have put X for privacy
I have tried and paid for once before but bell give me offer I could not refuse then I changed my
mind Now I want to go ahead pay it again ($25) but system will not allow it It charges me then give
me credit back

You are probably not going to get your money back from Fongo. Your $25 paid for the porting process, which ties up Fongo staff and resources. It is a good bet you lost your old Fongo phone number also.
I think you are in porting limbo now. On Monday, call Bell on your status if nothing has changed.
With Bell, I hope you got a better deal than just a year. Usually that is as long as their promotions last.

You will have to contact support via a ticket to get this fixed. The forum doesn't have any access to account information. Go to their support pages on their website and open up a ticket from there.
