Most anyone who configured their ATA correctly and never really had problems on their line will say their device is the best lol.
But Steve here is right. Buying from FPL will get you full support and that's awsome if you're new to VoIP. Plus the few dollars they make out of it will help FPL improve and expand their network, I'll then maybe get my Hawkesbury portable faster lol.
So yes go for Steve's.
