It should be instant. Look in your spam folders or you can also get the details from your online admin.

If you cannot see it online then you will have to send in a support ticket.

Thank you very much, Jake. I checked both inbox and spam folder, all I got were just order confirmation and invoice, but there's no SIP file attachment in either email. I ordered two SIP files as I intend to keep the two phone lines I now have with a different company. Neither do I see the file at my other email address. But I do see SIP information in my online admin.

I haven't bought an unlock key for a while now, but the ones in the past have just been an email with a username, password, and some other set up information. There is no 'file' as such, it is just a un/pw to allow you to use your own device.

My last unlock key email had this as the subject "Fongo Freephoneline - VoIP Unlock Key / Clé de déverrouillage VoIP", and could look like a conformation email I guess.

Anyway, I believe you can see the information online now, so you are good? If not, pop a support ticket to support and they should be able to get you going.

Hi Jake, the 2 emails I got are both payment confirmation and nothing else. But that's ok, as I can now see the info online. Thanks again for directing me there. I guess I have to wait for my phone numbers to be ported successfully before I can proceed with any configuration.

You can configure it all up now and test it. Use the details you see online. When your number gets ported then you will just have to go into your ata and change the username.

Thanks again, Jake, will do and let you know how it goes.
One more question relating to using freephoneline on desktop. I used the desktop application with no problems until when Fongo took over freephoneline. All of a sudden the desktop application stopped working properly, when I dial out, I can't hear any ring tone from my end. Wonder if you have run into similar problem (if you use desktop application) and what could be the solution. Many thanks.
