Please help with no incoming and outgoing calls

hello all.
hope everyone in here can help me out this problem.
my FPL phone have a dial tone , but every number i try to call out has fast busy tone. i tried my cell phone and other to call my FPL number , we can hear the phone ring but my FPL phone was not ringing . I reboot the device a few times. i didn't change any setup of ATA , i check device configuration ,port FXS1 on hook and register , but no luck.
I recently change ISP few days ago with new modem+router . i checked my FPL phone with new router , incoming and out.. work fine until last night .
I noticed that the IP adress for my ATA keep changing .
Appreciate if any idea or help to solve this this problem.

Please verify your ATA is configured as per the official guide at http://forum.fongo.com/viewtopic.php?f=15&t=16344 except for the following settings which I would like to modify for you.

Basic Settings tab:
IP Address: statically configured as
(Pick an IP address outside of your router's DHCP range. Alternately, configure Static DHCP on your router if it supports it.)

FXS Port tab:
Primary SIP Server: voip4.freephoneline.ca:6060
Local SIP port: 29803

I try your way to change IP adress ,no luck
Primary Sip server to voip4.freephoneline.ca..... and local sip port to 29803 . then my sip become not register.

Update: Problem solved .

It;s just Stupid me ,when i move the device to different place ,i accident plug the phone line to port #2 and don't even know until now.
Everything works fine now.
