I have an Aastra (now Mitel) 9143i SIP phone. It's configured with FPL as one of the extensions. I noticed that when I call my cell phone (on Koodo), it will timeout after about 5 seconds and return a fast busy signal. Yet, the cell phone rings (and continue to ring until it is answered or goes to voicemail). I'm sure Koodo takes a bit longer to connect, hence the timeout, but is there a way to adjust the settings? I don't have any issues when calling from my voip.ms line on the same phone.
I am using google DNS. I am with Rogers, bridged to a Netgear 3700. Tried with both voip.freephoneline.ca on port 5060 and voip4.freephoneline.ca on port 6060. Even tried just using Proxy Server filled with the settings (removing Outbound Proxy Server and Registrar Server, as suggested in another post).
Thoughts?

Try voip3.freephoneline.ca and let us know if it works.

Thanks Mango. Just tried it and it seems to work so far. I'll test it a few more times and advise it it occurs again.
