how to record my own greeting message

hi guys, I need your help, I have fpl tel# and when ever any body call me they heat a Automated recording message like "hello we are not available etc",

but I don't want that Greeting , I want to record my own GREETING message like "I am not available , please leave message in my VOICE", so I like to know, what I have to do to record my own greeting.

Dial *98 to access your voicemail. Then select Administrative Options (dial 3) and follow the instructions. You will be prompted to select the system message or a personal message. Once your message is recorded, dial * to exit.
