I have received confirmation that my personal number has been ported to freephoneline.ca.
What is the next step to get my SIP user name and password to link it to my personnal number.
Do I need to create a dummy account and you will link it after or else is there another method.
Can you help me with the next step?

Re: Personal phone number ported to freephoneline
When your number gets ported in, it replaces the phone number FPL gave you when you set up the account. You probably no longer have that number.
If you have already bought the unlock key you will now have to go into your ATA and replace the username with your ported number (don't forget the initial 1). The password stays the same.
If you have not bought the unlock key yet and want to use your ATA, then just look in the online account for the section where you can buy the unlock key, you will then be sent the information to set up your ATA.
