Call Logs for FreePhoneLine not working

Call Logs for FreePhoneLine not working
This is the screen I see. The last time it updated was april 2nd of this month. How can I get it to show the calls sent/recieved since then? Is this something specific to my account? If yes, who can I contact or PM my login email to get this resolved? I did not find a support page on the front page for the main site so that is why I am posting here.

That's very odd, the dates seem all mixed up also.
