Hi,
Just thought I put this out there. First a couple of facts. I updated my email address on my account. But, when I use that address it says account invalid.
That doesn't even make sense.
Yes, I did put in a request for support and they sent in my credentials. But, as stated in the facts, account is invalid. Not sure why support keeps sending me the URL for the login page as obviously I wouldn't have been able to get the error from any other page???
Any ideas?

My guess is that you have auto fill enabled or there is a white space when you enter password.
Please check and maybe try to type it.
