I tried calling my FPL number and could not get through. Instead I get a message "This account number is not valid." I tried logging into the FPL portal, but it's been a while and I couldn't remember my portal password, so I clicked to recover it, but I'm told my email refers to an "Invalid Account" !?
I received a voicemail on my FPL number just a week ago, so clearly it was working recently.
Please help? I don't want to lose my number...

Well... I never got the memo about it having to be *outgoing* calls! Previously on the forums, it was stated that any call activity would keep the account active. I'm getting tired of these surprises, but hopefully I can recover my old number.Hello,
Your account may have been deleted due to inactivity, Fongo or FPL accounts with no outgoing calls for 90 days are considered inactive and are subject to automatic deletion. You are welcome to sign up for a new account.

I'm happy to report that Fongo support restored my old number. I tested, and everything seems to be working fine once again.
I'll just have to make sure to make an *outgoing* call periodically. It would be nice if a warning email would be sent before any automatic account deletions.
