Does anyone use a UTstarcom voice modem with freephoneline?
I own one... i am having problems with it. When incoming calls 85% chance getting a busy tune. how can i fix this? im also finding 50% of the time i pick up the phone to call out there no dial tune and i must reboot(unplug it for a quick 10 secs or so) . could anyone help me? im told its a good voice modem.

I know I am starting to sound like a broken record, but you have a NAT problem. If you plug in the ATA directly to the modem, and the problem goes away, that confirms my guess. You will have to forward ports directly to the ATA with the router
