Good morning,
It's been a while that my voip phone was offline (since the move actually)... so decided to bring it back to life and change passwords and such....
I access the SIP settings to refresh my memory and changed the 911 info...
This morning, I wake up to find an invoice for the same VoIP info, as if I had re-bought the same thing yesterday as I bought in 2010...
Is that normal? Can I just ignore it?
Thanks!
(PS: Invoice 297811)

Re: Access SIP settings = get an invoice?
This happened quite a few years ago, maybe yours just didn't get sent out until you logged back in again. They were sent out in error and should be ignored (back then).
There definitely should not be any other invoices related to buying the unlock key. To be on the safe side I would send in a support ticket, http://support.fongo.com/anonymous_requests/new, but I am fairly sure they will say ignore it.
