Settings of Grandstream HT701 not held after reboot

Post by Konrad »

Hello Everyone,

I am having trouble trying to configurate Grandstream HT701 in terms that it doesn't keep the settings. What I mean is that follow the steps from the pdf sent by fongo but at the end after applying the settings, when I reboot the Grandstream, everything comes back to the orginal values. (Including the phone number).

I have the number ported already by FPL but when I reboot, the number comes back to 1 289 **** (supplied by fongo)
Is there possible to check if the number has been really ported? ( 1 905 ****)

Thanks a lot,
Konrad

Try resetting your HT701 (via the pinhole) and reenter your info. I'm just guessing here because I have the same ATA and have no problems.

I did respond to some PMs, but about another topic. I'm sorry I don't know what is wrong with his ATA.
