Hello,
I'm new to your service. Silly question but I was wondering is it possible to make and/or receive Collect Calls through the Softphone?

Re: Collect Calls
Currently, no. Since we do not store your credit card information for usage billing we have no way of billing you.

Re: Collect Calls
I could understand that about receiving collect calls, but is there anything stopping us from making collect calls? I don't think I would ever need to, but I just found it an interesting thought.admin wrote:Currently, no. Re: Collect Calls
You'd be lucky to find any VOIP provider that allows you to receive collect calls. Collect calls are done through different carrier agreements when it comes to call billing, which is something VOIP companies do not have with the larger incumbent carriers. A little googling will find more detailed info on this.
