Fongo World athorization problems

I have been using the Fongo World app for about a week, and it works well, when it works t all.

That last is due to a problem I am having. Almost every time the my phone connects to a WiFi point, Fongo World gets hung up on "Authorization failed, tap to retry" or something similar.

About half the time, Fongo World gets in to the same state trying to jump from WiFi to Cell data.

In both cases I have to pull down the notification bar and tap to retry, which usually gets me in. This represents a problem because I don't always know when I'm crossing such a boundary, and thus I can be out of service for hours under some circumstances, as I'm not always able to spare moments to check the phone.

Is there a hidden setting for automatic retry, or will Fongo have to augment the app?

I am using a Republic Wireless Moto X with Android 4.4.
