call disconnect when receinving another call

during a call, when i receive a call from a third party -call waiting- the original call disconenct. How to solve this?

Not sure I quite understand you here, what you are saying is while you are on a call, if someone else calls you and is currently in the call waiting queue, the call you are on disconnects?

yes, that's it, instead of hearing the (toot-toot) informing me that there is a call waiting, the original call disconnects.

So once this original call is disconnected, are you connected to the second call?

Could you PM me the following details:

a) Your Freephoneline number
b) The first number that called you
c) The second number that disconnected the first
d) The approx. time of this call

I may need more up-to-date details on Monday, but I'll try and look into it with these.

the second call do not connect, the third party hear ring back tones until voicemail, i do not have all details now, i will try to simulate this situation gain and send you all you asked.

Ok, please describe exactly what happens.

You said the first call disconnects after the second one calls.

There is no call waiting, the call just keeps ringing until it goes to voicemail. Does the first then randomly disconnect?

A & B have a call connected

while A & B are talking, C is calling A

the call between A & B is disconnected

C is hearing ring back tone with no answer from A

result: call bet. A & B is disconnected and C didn't reach A
