Call Display is ferfect now!

I don't know what improvements you guys did but now the call display works perfectly for both in and out since few weeks ago. Before it worked well sometimes but sometimes it didn't.

I don't what improvements you guys did but now the call display works perfectly for both in and out since few weeks ago. Before it worked well sometimes but sometimes didn't.

I know we changed a few things with how calls were routed through one of our carriers - that might have affected it. I'm unsure if they've done any changes with other carriers though - or even the reasoning behind the first changes.
