Voicemail has become very flakey for me in recent months (?) and now I do not receive voicemail.
When I call my freephoneline number and leave a message, it is supposed to come to me by email, but instead it just disappears.

Please check your spam folder(not junk but spam folder)
My guess is that the email landed there.
You just have to create a filter in gmail to allow mail from @crazyum01.worldline.ca

Thanks. There were not in my spam folder, but that's because I had messages going to an intermediate email address, and they are in THAT spam folder.

Voicemail not being forwarded
In the past my voicemails have been forwarded to my email, recently I have noticed that my voicemails are not being forwarded.
My call logs are showing that either destination out of order and normal call clearing. I have tested calling my number on a land line and leaving a message, after hanging up I do not receive anything.
I have tried dialing in remotely to check my voicemains, but when I input my account number, it says invalid number and cancels the call.
I have tried looking on the FAQ for answers, but the questions and answers are not sufficient for my problem. I am not sure how to go about opening a ticket.
Please help!
