Softphone and VOIP (ATA) do not ring when called

I have tested both the softphone and my ATA and neither will ring when called, it goes direct to voicemail. I can make outgoing calls from both.

I have configured follow me with my cell and when I call my number it rolls over directly to my cell.

Any suggestions welcomed.

Sorry for the double post.

Turned out to be forwarding configured in the ATA. A factory reset and walking through the settings again resolved my issue.
