busy signal when calling specific number

I have a strange problem.I can make long distance calls to area code 561 without issues.However when I call a friends number same area code I get an immediate busy signal and the ata says -call state "invalid".they have no problem calling me and I have no problem calling other 561 numbers.I have taken the advice of customer support and reset to factory defaults and reconfigured the cisco spa112
as per the their e-mail same problem persists.If I change my proxy to the one they gave me 70.51.204.122 I don't register.
I have setup more than 60 ata's and this is a first. any ideas are welcomed.

Hi,

This is what we did:

1. Setup customer account on a test device and we were able to reproduce the issue
2. gathered call logs and sip logs and opened a ticket with service provider for USA
3. received information from provider that they resolved the issue
3.1 verified that we can call palm beach FL from customer account
4. Informed customer and ask them to try again.
5.Once customer confirmed, resolved the incident.

Unfortunately, situations like this one cannot be resolved by us in the Forums. We recommend to open a support ticket and include all the details and we will try our best to resolve.
