Starting Over?
Is it at all possible to change my number's location? I realized after I got it going that I should have picked Ajax instead of Oshawa. If not, is there a way to cancel my current account so I can just start over? Thank you.

Of course, in your main account window there is a "Delete Account" button. After clicking this and confirming you may sign up for another account with the same credentials. You may have to delete your browsing history in order to sign up again on the same computer.

Re: Starting Over?
What if I have already paid for the config file. If I cancel
and start all over again with the same user name will I get a new
config file without any additional charge.
Well in fact I only ordered it 2 days ago I haven't been charged or received the file yet. Should I cancel the number?

Config files are per-number, not per person/accountfalcon wrote:What if I have already paid for the config file. If I cancel

Re: Starting Over?
With the exception of porting on top of your already existing FPL provided phone number with the config file.

Correct - porting is the exception where the ported number takes the place of the existing number.Madwand wrote:With the exception of porting on top of your already existing FPL provided phone number with the config file.
