Calling issues, my account was blocked by Fongo?

Hello Customer Support here,

My account issues:

Can't call out and get the incoming call, no any sounds at all, can't send message out, any problems regarding this fongo account ? It was blocked by Fongo? I have tried my second fongo account log in the same cellphone without any issues.
