I had this problem yesterday that when I would try to make a call from my softphone, it would tell me "the account is currently in use. if this is an error please contact your system administrator".
I restarted my router and PC and this seemed to fix the problem but then again today I had the same problem. Restarting both fixed it again.
Anyone know whats going on?

If that's happening then something on your PC or router is keeping the connection to our server open even after your call. That error occurs when both of your account channels are in use and you attempt to use a third.
