I can not login with my freephoneline credential today.
Have tried desktop application login, and freephoneline.ca website login. Both said wrong username or password.

My FPL account is working fine, so the log in is working on the site.

When was the last time you made a call on your phone? It could be the account has been closed.

Also, I am sure you know but, you can't log into FPL with a Fongo account, and vise versa.

Failing either of these, I would send in a support ticket as the forum can't really help with account specific problems. https://support.fongo.com/anonymous_requests/new

i realized it could be closed FPL account, so i went to read the TOS.
According to the TOS, 90 days no outgoing calls, also says I should receive 30 day email notice.
I setup my account to always forward to my other phone, and I remember I had calls being forwarded within the last 90 days.
And, I also did not receive any email notice of pending cancellation, I checked junk mail box too.

I had a forgotten account closed without an email also, so I suspect their 'email' they send out is not that reliable.

I don't know if a forwarded call counts as an outgoing call. TBH the criteria of what counts and doesn't count with respect to keep an account active has changed a few times over the years, and there has been some very conflicting information from FPL staff. In general terms I believe if you just use the phone line normally then the account will stay active, if you do things like you and I have done then I think the safest thing to do to keep the number safe is to either buy the unlock key, or just put $5 worth of calling credits on it. Depends on how much the number means to you I guess.

What happens when you call the number now? That might give you some clues as to what has happened to it.

Thanks, Jake.
I submitted a ticket requesting my old number. Luckily, it was not reassigned. I got it back.
