Does fongo upload your contacts to their servers ?

When you give fongo permission to access your contacts in iOS, does any of the info in your address book get uploaded to fongos servers ?

I couldn't find any info in the faq or privacy policy. But I am hoping that it works like line2 - they explicitly state that your contacts are only accessed by the app locally and never sent to their servers.

I emailed the privacy officer two weeks ago about this and never heard anything back.
And it doesn't seem like this forum is very active.
Any other ways to get an answer?

We only read your local contacts if given permission, we do not transmit your contacts to our servers.

Strangely, my Fongo app no longer shows my contacts (aside from my wife, who also uses Fongo).

I had around 8-9 contacts that were sync'd from my Google contacts. My contacts still show up in my phone, Gmail contact view, etc, but no longer in Fongo. Help?

Something must've gotten corrupted in my phone contact sync. I delete my email/contact/calendar, readded. After they all resync'd and I opened Fongo, my phone contacts were back. Weird!

Just writing to confirm, in case any of the other two BlackBerry users experience this.
