Poor audio quality with Linksys rt31p2 V1.28.03

Post by zmzy2000 »

I am using Linksys rt31p2 V1.28.03 and experiencing poor audio quality.
Unfortunately, V1.28.03 firmware does support to change RTP Packet Size to 0.020. (Please see attached jpg file)
What can I do?

Thanks in advance!

What do you have for a codec? You have g.729 as a first choice?

The problem is RTP packet size needs to be set to 0.020

And if it's not, you're going to have this problem even when the codec is set to g729a
