I have a fongo number for a few years, and was previously receiving text messages without a problem. Recently though I have not been receiving any text messages. I have sent messages from a few different numbers and networks but none get through to fongo.
I have emailed support twice, but each time they keep telling me they have activated the sms package free for one month and to try again. problem is, for incoming messages fongo does not require any subscription.
When I initially ported the number, I had this sms issue, and support had to manually "kickstart" my sms. I think that needs to be done again. I would really appreciate if someone from support that understands this problem beyond just "activating a sms package" helps me.
