I have my Fongo number set up to simultaneously ring a mobile number when it receives a call. Is there a way to add a prefix to the caller ID as a visual indicator that the call is being forwarded from Fongo?
E.G.:
Fongo number is 514XXXYYYY
Number calling is 819XXXYYYY
When the call is forwarded, I see the calling number on my screen. Can I add something like FONGO to make the incoming call appear as FONGO 819XXXYYYY when call forwarded?

Re: CallerID Override When Call Forwarding
Unfortunately not. Quite a few people wanted something like this for the 'Friends and Family' calling circle thing a lot of mobile companies offer. The idea was that you set your fongo number as a 'friend' number with your mobile carrier and so get free calls from that number. Then you give out the fongo number for people to call and get free incoming calls.
Both Fongo and FPL forward the call as though it wasn't actually going to them, so you will get the original callers number coming on your phone.
The only way I was able to make this work was to set up my own PBX system, which is probably more involved than most users want to get.
Sorry I didn't have a better answer for you.
