Calling not going "through"

Hi folks,

When I try calling a number, there is no ringing tone (is there supposed to? I don't know), then then timer starts as if it has connected. But it hasn't.
I did the "Test connection" and everything is OK.

Any clues?

It has. You're dealing with a one-way audio issue.
Any clues?
You're likely dealing with a SIP ALG or NAT firewall issue. If there's a SIP ALG feature in your router, disable it. If
your router was given to you by your ISP, contact your ISP and ask them to disable SIP ALG for you. Otherwise, you may
have to port forward.
Is this software supported at all?
Not really. Freephoneline does not have official technical support, and its staff is not obliged to respond to unpaid technical support requests.
Also the fact that the app hasn't been updated in years is probably a clue.
